Report and Deliverable Usage Rights

Subject to an active subscription or engagement and to any order form, statement of work, or master agreement in effect, AIVA grants customers a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use AIVA reports and deliverables as follows.

Customers may:

  • View, download, and store AIVA reports for internal business use.
  • Share AIVA reports internally with employees, contractors, and advisors who are bound by appropriate confidentiality obligations.
  • Quote brief excerpts (typically fewer than 100 words) in internal communications, board materials, and investor updates, with attribution to "The AI Visibility Agency (AIVA)" and a link to the source page where available.

Customers may not:

  • Resell, sublicense, rent, lease, or otherwise commercialize AIVA reports or deliverables.
  • White-label, rebrand, or remove AIVA attribution from any report, chart, score, or dashboard.
  • Publish AIVA scores, rankings, or visualizations on public websites, marketing materials, paid media, or social channels without prior written permission.
  • Redistribute, syndicate, or expose AIVA content through APIs, data feeds, partner portals, or generative AI systems.
  • Use AIVA content to train, fine-tune, evaluate, or ground machine learning models, including large language models and retrieval-augmented generation systems.

External use, press citations, analyst briefings, and marketing references require prior written approval. The structured intake form at /legal/permissions is the preferred channel. AIVA generally supports good-faith editorial and analyst coverage and aims to respond to permission requests within five business days.
