AI Training and Machine Learning Use
No AIVA Content — including reports, dashboards, scores, rankings, evidence models, methodologies, datasets, screenshots, exports, charts, visualizations, written analysis, or any other platform output — may be used to train, fine-tune, evaluate, benchmark, ground, retrieve against, distill, or otherwise improve any artificial intelligence system, machine learning model, foundation model, embedding model, agentic system, or AI-powered product or feature, without the prior written authorization of The AI Visibility Agency.
This restriction applies whether the use is conducted directly, through a third party, or through automated systems, and whether the AIVA Content is used in raw, transformed, summarized, or derivative form. It applies to commercial and non-commercial AI development alike, including internal research, academic projects, and open-source releases.
AIVA reserves all available legal, contractual, and technical remedies relating to unauthorized use of AIVA Content.
