Beta, Preview, and Limited Availability Features

The AI Visibility Agency is currently in beta. Scores, rankings, methodologies, evidence models, platform functionality, and reporting outputs may change prior to general availability.

Certain AIVA products, scores, reports, dashboards, features, benchmarks, methodologies, and AI visibility measurements may be made available in beta, preview, pilot, early-access, or limited-availability form. Such offerings are identified as such within the platform or in the applicable order documentation.

Beta and preview offerings are provided on an as-is basis for evaluation purposes. They may be added, modified, recalibrated, renamed, restricted, replaced, suspended, or discontinued at any time and without prior notice. Scores, rankings, and outputs produced by beta or preview features may not be directly comparable to outputs produced by generally available features, or to outputs produced by future versions of the same feature.

Beta and preview content is subject to the same intellectual property, usage, and AI training restrictions as generally available AIVA Content. Customers participating in AIVA pilots may be subject to additional confidentiality obligations specified in their order form or pilot agreement, which prevail over this notice to the extent of any conflict.
